Yacht transfers from Ibiza Airport
A yacht transfer from Ibiza Airport to Marina Botafoch, Marina Ibiza or the port of Ibiza Town usually takes about 10 minutes in normal traffic. Send the flight number with the booking: the driver follows the flight and waits in arrivals with a name sign, so a delay changes the pickup time rather than cancelling it.
Tell us how many suitcases, garment bags and boxes are coming on board. Luggage for a week at sea takes more room than a weekend bag, and the vehicle is chosen for the real load before the transfer is confirmed.

Meeting points at the marina
Marinas have gates, pontoons and security points. Share the berth or pontoon number, the yacht name and the name of the captain or crew contact, so the driver can agree a practical meeting point for your guests and their luggage.
For charter departures from the port of Ibiza Town, give us the boarding time the charter company has confirmed, and we set the pickup from your villa or hotel with a margin for summer traffic.

Yacht guests, crew and provisioning
While the yacht is docked, the same booking can cover dinner in Ibiza Town and the return to the boat, a beach club lunch, or a driver by the hour. Crew changes and provisioning runs can be planned as separate journeys, each confirmed in writing.
The price is per vehicle, not per person, and it is agreed on WhatsApp before the transfer.

Which marinas do you cover?
Marina Botafoch, Marina Ibiza and the port of Ibiza Town. For another marina or a mooring elsewhere on the island, send the location and we confirm before the transfer.
Can you collect guests at the end of a charter?
Yes. Send the disembarkation time and the marina, and we confirm the pickup and the onward address, such as the airport or a hotel.
Can one booking cover guests on different flights?
Send each flight number and we confirm whether one pickup or separate journeys fit the arrival times.
Can the driver wait while guests board?
Waiting time can be requested when you book and is confirmed in writing, together with the price.
Do you work early in the morning and late at night?
Yes. Transfers can be booked for late arrivals and early departures.
